At HighPoint, our 4 Core Values are more than just words. They're our way of life.
In January 2018, HighPoint polled employees and partners on what they thought the company’s core values should be. Countless numbers of ideals were submitted, which resulted in 6-10 foundational themes. This list was further narrowed down and revised over an entire year, and at the end of 2019 the official HighPoint Technology Group Core Values were introduced.
Besides being distinctive, these beliefs create a framework for all HighPoint Technology Group actions. These values guide everything we do, including how we interact with our employees, how we interact with our customers and community, and how we interact with our vendors and business partners.
Our Core Values make us who we are. As we grow, the beliefs that are most important to us stay the same - putting people first, pursuing excellence, embracing change, acting with integrity and protecting our customers. Our processes and strategies may change, but these 4 Core Values will remain the same.
